ABOUT ME
Hello!
My name is Nicole, and I one of A Team Tuition’s Client Support Specialists! I consider myself to be professional and caring and love playing netball and spending time with my two daughters.
I have completed a Bachelor of Social Science with a Major Psychology and Sub Major Industrial Relations. I chose this degree because I wanted to go down a human resources path and was interested in organisational psychology.
My current position as a Client Support Specialist allows me to engage with families and students and ensure they are achieving their goals and getting the best possible service. I am very organised and empathetic which allows me to relate to A Team Tuition family circumstances. I feel that another strength of mine is intuitive which I have gained from my 15 years experience within a large FMCG organisation in multiple cross functional roles: managing sales teams, clients and contractors.
