What tutoring programs support students with special needs and learning challenges?

At A Team Tuition we are dedicated to supporting students with learning challenges and disabilities. We understand that every student has unique needs, and our Academic Personal Trainers (tutors) are trained to work with students of all abilities and learning styles. Our goal is to help all students reach their full potential and achieve academic success.

To ensure our APTs (tutors)  have the training and expertise they need to support students with special needs, we provide ongoing professional development opportunities, support, and resources. This includes upskilling on supporting students who are living with:

• ADHD (Executive Function Disorder) 

• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) 

• Dyslexia 

• Dysgraphia

• Dyscalculia 

• ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder)

We use a variety of teaching strategies and tools, including multi-sensory approaches, to help students engage with the material and understand difficult concepts. We also provide ongoing support and guidance to help students build the skills they need to succeed. We also provide skills development and training in life skills to students who receive NDIS Funding.
